Privacy Policy:

We will not retain any personal or banking information online. A record of the transaction date and purchase amount with an invoice code will be retained for any future reference.

Delivery Policy:

We aim to post your item within one working day of your payment clearing. Delivery time will depend on the type of delivery chosen and destination.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied please follow these guidelines:

  • Please contact us using one of the methods on the "Contact" page. It may be that a simple phone call can solve any problem.
  • If the item is to be returned, we must receive it within 28 days of purchase in perfect unused condition in the original shipping container and we will give you a full refund or exchange.
  • If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.
  • Postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend that you return goods using a courier. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.
  • On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in re-sellable condition.
  • Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within 10 working days.

The Post Office will cover loss and damage to most items, but it has a very strict policy.

All of the items we post are very well packaged, taking into account the size and shape of the object. We can only accept responsibility for any damages or loss due to postage if the following guidelines are complied with:

If your item is not received within the expected time, please contact us by using one of the methods on the " Contact" page.

If your item is received in a damaged condition:

  • Please take a photograph of the item with the packaging. Digital pictures should be e-mailed to us using this link >> Photo's of damaged item
  • Please try to show any obvious marks e.g. footprints or crush damage
  • Please retain the item and packaging for inspection at your local post office/depot
Proof of postage is always obtained, and in the unlikely event of any damage or loss due to postage, we will take responsibility for making any claims.
